When and how to use attendee record filters?

If we want to regularly send emails to individuals who have completed their registration, we create a filter that includes completed registrations and use it over time. This way, the email will be sent to all individuals with a status of completed, regardless of when exactly they completed their registration.
Filters allow for the dynamic creation of lists of participants that meet specific criteria set by us:
- Ticket type
- Registration status
- Registration language
- Registration offer elements chosen during registration
- Offer elements where the participant's presence was recorded (Access control)
- Attendee's presence at the event (Check-in)
- Keyword
- Registration deadline
The created filter can be saved and applied in the following sections:
- Attendees (Filters are used to limit the visible list to records that interest us)
- Transactions (here, filters are built based on other parameters)
- Communication (Filters are used to create a target group for emails or SMS campaigns)
- Report Creator (Filters are used to ensure that the generated reports contain only records of interest)
- PDF Creator (Filters are used to personalize multi-page PDF files generated for selected participants)
By using filters, CONREGO system users can effectively manage event participants, create more tailored communications and reports, contributing to improved operational efficiency and better participant service.
The Filter button available in the top left corner of the screen in the Attendees and Transactions allows us to configure, save, and delete any number of filters, which can then be utilized in the aforementioned CONREGO sections.
