How to remove selected paid items from an attendee's registration?

There are situations where an attendee, who initially selected certain paid items during registration, returns to us later with information about canceling some of these selections.
In such cases, we differentiate between two scenarios:
Transaction has not been paid yet
If the attendee has not completed the transaction, each associated item within the offer will remain blocked:

Any attempt to deactivate the item will not succeed, and CONREGO will inform us to first delete the transaction associated with that item from the offer. Since there is no other option, we proceed to the Transactions and...

The blockage will only be removed once we delete the transaction (× icon).
The next step will be to create a new transaction and include in it only those items from the offer that the attendee ultimately selected:

The transaction has already been paid for.
In the case where the transaction has been paid for, there will be no blockage on any associated items within the offer.
This means you have complete freedom to manipulate the list of items in the offer. However, exercise caution, as your decisions may result in:
- issuing a corrective invoice (in case of lowering the registration value), or
- adding a new transaction covering the new item in the offer.
CONREGO will not suggest any action, as the response to the situation depends solely on your intentions.
