Registration Limits in CONREGO

Managing registration limits is essential when registering attendees for an event. In the CONREGO Software, you can precisely set these limits both at the level of Ticket Types and within the Registration Template’s available offers.

There are three main types of registration limits:

1. Attendee limit in Ticket Types

When setting an attendee limit for a specific Ticket Type, e.g., 100 seats, the system will allow registration only for the first 100 attendees.

Once the limit is reached, anyone attempting to register will receive a notification that no more seats are available.

This applies to registration via:

• the event page;

• a direct link to the ticket;

• or an invitation link sent to an attendee.

2. Attendee Limit at the Offer level in the Registration Templates

If a limit is set for a specific ticket type (e.g., 100 seats) and an additional limit of 50 seats is established in the Registration Template, the lower limit of 50 seats will apply.

This means that after reaching this lower limit, further registrations will be automatically blocked in the three scenarios mentioned above.

3. End of the registration period

If the registration period expires, attendees will also see a message indicating that registration is no longer available.

The registration deadline can be set in SETTINGS > EVENT > TIMEZONE AND DATES.

As in the previous situations, the ability to register will be blocked both from the event page and through direct and invitation links to tickets.

Why Manage Registration Limits?

Setting registration limits appropriately is key to the smooth execution of the event and effective management of attendee numbers.

With this feature, it is possible to better adjust the number of registrations to available resources and deadlines, enhancing the quality of the event and the comfort of attendees.
