Update 2024.07.26

On Friday, July 26, 2024, another update of the CONREGO system was released, including many interface improvements and a new integration:

1. New Integration - SMSAPI: Responding to numerous requests from our clients, we have added integration with the SMSAPI gateway. Thanks to our cooperation with LINK Mobility Group, users can now send SMS messages to participants registered within the CONREGO subscription. The integration requires only the provision of the API Token and sender name in the Integrations > SMS Gateway section after selecting SMSAPI (LINK Mobility Group).
   
   
2. Subscription Management: For users with two or more subscriptions, we have introduced the SUBSCRIPTIONS panel, accessible from the top navigation. This allows you to quickly view and switch between subscriptions. The panel includes event page addresses, links to login screens and the expiry date of each subscription. Users who do not own a subscription can be granted access rights to this panel under CONFIGURATION > USERS, as they do not have access to this function by default.
   
3. Downloading Participant Personal Data: In response to GDPR requirements, , we have added a feature in the Attendee Card that allows you to quickly download personal data as a PDF file. This will make it easier for administrators to comply with their legal obligations in relation to the processing of personal data, should a registered participant request a summary of their personal data being processed.
