On Monday, July 1, 2024, another update to the CONREGO system took place.

We introduced many user interface improvements and several useful features that further enhance the flexibility of the participant registration system.

We added four new features to the Registration template editing screen:

  1. Payment Reminder Email - an automatic email that can be scheduled to send at any time (N days) after registration.

  2. Registration Cancellation Email - an option to set an automatic cancellation of the registration after a specified period if the participant has not made the payment.

  3. We added new additional registration conditions that you can activate to better tailor the registration process to your needs:

    a) Activate attendees' responses to invitations
This condition is useful when organizing an invitation-only event. After sending the invitations, each invitee receives a link leading to the invitation response page, where they can accept or decline the invitation. If accepted, they will be redirected to the registration form. If declined, the registration will be canceled, and the invitee will be redirected to a page with content you want to share with them.

    b) Activate Verification of Free Registrations
The verification mode for free registrations allows accepting or rejecting incoming applications. Acceptance or rejection can be done on the participant's card (individually) or from the participant list (in bulk). Upon activating this condition, two new registration statuses will appear in the system: accepted / rejected.

Thank you for your bug reports and suggestions. We are constantly working to ensure that CONREGO provides solutions that make your work easier.
