Last Update a year ago
We are pleased to present a list of the most important updates made to our platform as of May 13, 2024. Most changes are the result of your suggestions, for which we are very grateful. Thanks to you, CONREGO is becoming more functional every day.
- In the Registration Templates editor screen, we've added a Special Registration Conditions section, which introduces new functionalities into the registration process. The first of these is the stage of accepting or declining an invitation to participate. After importing the list of invited guests and sending out invitations, each guest will receive a link that will redirect them to a dedicated screen where they can accept or reject the invitation. Accepting the invitation will directly move the participant to the registration form, whereas rejecting it will cancel their registration and redirect them to a thank-you page for the rejection information.
- In the Integrations section, we introduced a new screen enabling integration with external cookie consent banners (CookieYes, CookieFirst, CookieScript, CookieBot) compliant with Google Consent Mode v2. Now, to unlock the Analytics and Marketing screen, integration with such a service is required. As a reminder, this screen is used for pasting scripts from external analytical and marketing services and other JavaScript libraries.
- On the Event Settings screen, we added an Authorization for administrative panel access feature, which allows specifying IP addresses authorized for logging in. This feature significantly enhances data security by restricting access to the administrative panel.
- In the Offers (agenda) section on the Registration Templates editor screen, we have increased the maximum number of items displayed simultaneously in a single row from 4 to 8. Now it is possible to choose from 1 to 8 items, which will facilitate organizing agendas with multiple parallel sessions.
- Two weeks ago, we updated our email creator scripts to enhance data security.
- We have resolved the issue with expiring queues for importing XLS files with participant data. This problem has not occurred for two weeks, confirming the effectiveness of the applied solution.
Thank you for your problem reports and suggestions. We look forward to more!
