How to add your own email account as the sender?

Go to Settings > Integrations > Email Accounts.


In the recipient email accounts, change the SMTP server to an external one and fill in the form containing the following fields:

  • Sender's Name - this is the name recipients will see when receiving messages sent by the system (e.g., event name),
  • Email Address,
  • SMTP Server Address - you need to obtain this information from your email account provider,
  • SMTP Server Port - as above,
  • Encryption Protocol - as above,
  • Username - usually the email address, but it's not a rule,
  • User Password.


When the form fields are filled out, a send test message button will appear. Use this to verify if the mailbox configuration is correct.
