Redirecting an external domain

Redirecting an external domain to a CONREGO subscription requires the use of a subdomain (e.g., www.event.com, registration.event.com).

As a result of the redirection, the target external domain will not replace the default subscription subdomain (*.conrego.app) both will operate concurrently.

The procedure involves several steps:

1. Selecting the subdomain and providing us with this information at [email protected].
   
   
2. For the chosen subdomain, we will generate two CNAME records, which we will send in response to your previous message.
   
   
3. You need to add the provided CNAME records to the DNS records table in the main domain provider's panel and informing us of this fact.
   
   
4. Within 2-8 hours, we will complete the domain redirection procedure, which includes both the domain redirection and the generation of the SSL certificate for your domain.
   
   
5. After completing the tasks, we will send a confirmation via email.
   
   
6. Once the domain is successfully redirected, please log in to the Administration Panel and navigate to the MY ACCOUNT > CHARGES AND INVOICES section. After providing the correct invoicing data and ordering the "External Domain Redirect" service, a pro forma invoice will be generated. Upon completion of the transaction, we will send you the final invoice.
